Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it:

1. Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item(s). To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as final sale, or products that have been used/damaged after delivery, are not eligible for return.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

5. Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
